1. Use of the Platform

Users must be at least 16 years old or have consent from a guardian. Content is intended for educational purposes in the field of artificial intelligence.

2. Services

2.1 Live Coaching Sessions

We offer personalized one-on-one and group coaching on AI topics. Scheduling details are provided upon registration.

2.2 Workshops and Seminars

Interactive events led by experts covering specialized AI subjects.

3. Info Products

Our digital offerings include self-paced courses, ebooks, and video series on AI fundamentals and advanced techniques.

4. Goods

We may sell branded merchandise and printed materials related to AI education.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Live Coaching Sessions and Workshops

Clients may request a full refund up to 48 hours before a scheduled session. If a session is postponed by the client at least 24 hours before its start, it may be rescheduled within 60 days at no extra charge. Approved refunds or credits are issued within 14 calendar days to the original payment source. Transfer requests received fewer than 24 hours before the event may incur a fee or be denied.

5.2 Info Products

Digital courses and ebooks are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase provided less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Approved reimbursements are processed within 7 calendar days to the original payment source. Transfers of digital licenses to another user are not allowed.

5.3 Physical Goods

Buyers may ship physical items back for a refund within 14 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. The cost of shipping items back is the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued within 10 calendar days to the original payment source. Exchanges may be arranged via our support channels.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Custom AI curriculum design, personalized coaching packages purchased at promotional rates, and certification exams are final sale due to preparation and resource commitment. These items cannot be refunded or transferred.
